Where are your products made ?

Our products are sourced from manufacturers from Germany, Japan and Taiwan. We work with only the finest vendors to ensure high quality and standard, and we want to make sure you are happy with our products.

Is there any minimum order requirement ?

We have no minimum order requirement for our sweet favors. Feel free to order samples, you will be charged the price of the product plus shipping costs.

Do I need to pay sales tax ?

No, we do not charge sales tax on your order. All our orders are shipped from Hong Kong, therefore International orders are tax exempt. However please note that duties, customs and/or brokerage fees MAY apply to international orders, these fees are the responsibility of the customer. For details of these potential charges, please contact your countries government agency.

How much is the shipping cost ?

Shipping cost varies depends upon the size and weight of the order. Usually it is around $10 USD per 1 kg.

When will my order be delivered?

All orders are shipped by Air Parcel through Hong Kong Post. Please allow 10-14 business days for products to be shipped from time order is received. Personalization items may take 2-4 weeks. Transit time depends on where products are to be shipped. In case of urgent orders, please feel free to contact us directly and we would be happy to help arranging special delivery.

We offer a 100% Guarantee for any breakage or defective items upon receipt of product. Please email us within seven(7) business days of receipt. We will either send replacements or issue a credit.

How do I cancel my order ?

If you decide for any reason to cancel your order, please email us within seven(7) business days after your payment. Otherwise a cancellation fee of $50 will apply. Please note that personalized orders can not be return or exchange.
